The Next-Level Leadership Masterclass

The Indiana Broadcasters Association is proud to partner with RAB to bring The Next-Level Leadership Masterclass to Indiana, providing local stations access to high-level training typically reserved for national markets. Jeff Schmidt, Senior Vice President of Professional Development at the RAB will lead this leadership forward training this summer.

The Next-Level Leadership Masterclass is a transformative two-and-a-half-day experience designed to empower today’s managers and develop tomorrow’s leaders. Offered only a few times each year in an exclusive, small-class setting, this program provides a unique opportunity for participants to connect, collaborate, and build a strong, supportive network with their peers.

Space is limited to just 30 participants to preserve the program’s high-impact experience. Registration is $100 and includes lunch each day, along with free onsite parking. A hotel block has been secured for attendees and can be accessed through our website.
